Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests. The defect, damage, or incorrect product must be clearly visible in the same video.
- Products must be unused and returned with the original packaging, Selora brand tag, price tag, blouse piece, and all labels intact.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

- Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable contact or delivery details may be cancelled.
- Once a COD order has been shipped, refusal to accept the order without a valid reason may result in COD being restricted or unavailable for future orders.
